Additional Opportunities

The NBC creates a regional infrastructure for collaborative biodefense research. An important objective of the NBC is to expand the scope and range of research, investigators, and institutions involved in biodefense research.

Therefore, to participate in its research projects or other initiatives, the NBC would like to invite:

• Institutions
• Research centers
• Individual researcher

Also welcome are collaborations with:

• Industry
• Private foundations
• Government agencies

The NBC offers grants to faculty and postdoctoral fellows for biodefense-related research projects. When funds are available, the announcement is posted in the “Calls for Proposals” section of the NBC website. Below are links to other funding opportunities that may be of interest.
